Alessandra holds an Executive MBA and is a Chartered Architect and Planner with an MSc in Architecture. With twenty years of experience in project management and local economic development across four continents, she has built a history of success in leading large-scale business operations, improving quality and safety standards. Alessandra has a deep understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and holds a Black Belt international certification. This contributes to identifying process improvement opportunities, developing solutions, and delivering projects within time and budget.
