InspiraFarms Cooling and EPV Italy Restructure for Enhanced Collaboration

InspiraFarms Cooling is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, EPV Italy, will continue as a separate business entity, now owned and managed by one of the company’s founders, Michele Bruni. This strategic decision allows both companies to leverage their strengths while maintaining a close working relationship.

InspiraFarms Cooling remains dedicated to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient cooling solutions across Africa, with a renewed focus on customer financing. Since launching our customer financing option, we have experienced a surge in inquiries, and we are excited to expand this offering with the full support of our shareholders and financers.

Marcus Watson, Chairperson of InspiraFarms, commented:

“This move is a win-win for our company. It allows us to concentrate on our cold storage and financing initiatives in Africa while continuing to benefit from world-class cold-room supplies from EPV Italy. Michele and his team can now extend their expertise beyond Africa, further enriching our partnership.”

Michele Bruni stated:

“The growth of the industry in Africa and beyond presents significant opportunities for both companies. I am excited to continue investing in InspiraFarms as a trusted supplier partner while expanding our services to other regions.”

This transition has been successfully completed and will not disrupt current projects. All ongoing initiatives will proceed as planned in close collaboration with EPV Italy. Future projects and quotations will also be managed in partnership with EPV Italy.
We look forward to this new chapter and the continued success of both InspiraFarms Cooling and EPV Italy.
